Work Schedules : 5days Week

Compensation :     2 Lakhs PA + Performance Based Incentives

Job Description for Voice-process:

Title:                             CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)

Location:                       Bommanahalli House Road, Bangalore

Work Schedules:           5 days week (predominantly day shifts)

Compensation:              2.38Lpa

7.       Graduate in any discipline (15 years of formal education mandatory)

8.       Excellent communication skills in English Language (should clear Versant assessment and score above 63)

9.       Candidate with Hindi speaking skills desirable

10.   Proficiency in computers with understanding of networking technologies

11.   6 - 18 months of experience in an International call centre experience highly desired, however fresher are also welcome provided they are good.

12.   Proficient in any south Indian languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.

13.   Self-Confident, objection handling skills, customer centric, flexible for shifts & retention skills.
